Eden's passion for healthcare began at an early age while growing up as a missionary kid in Uganda. Her own experiences navigating challenges within the traditional healthcare system led her to discover the world of holistic and root-cause medicine in 2013, a journey that continues to shape her approach to patient care today.
Eden earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman's University. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a deep commitment to lifelong learning and continually expanding her knowledge of integrative and functional medicine.
Eden believes true healing occurs when we honor the whole person and recognize the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Rather than positioning herself as the expert on her patients' bodies, she seeks to build collaborative healing relationships rooted in curiosity, listening, and partnership. She is passionate about helping patients uncover the root causes of their symptoms and believes the body possesses an incredible capacity for healing when given the right support and environment.
Drawing inspiration from both modern and traditional healing practices, Eden incorporates principles from functional medicine, nutrition, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbal medicine, and lifestyle medicine to create personalized care plans tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.
Outside of Restore + Revive, Eden enjoys life with her husband, David, and their son, Clive. As a wife, mother, and lifelong adventurer, she loves camping, hiking, and exploring the outdoors with her family. When she is not in the clinic, you can often find her cooking, gardening, foraging, reading, or spending quality time with loved ones.
