Access to testing

RGCC-certified practitioners can order the full RGCC test menu, including multi-cancer screening, CTC monitoring, comprehensive sensitivity testing, and immune profiling panels for their patients.

Exclusive therapies

Certain RGCC-developed therapies, including Q-REstrain, Clavic-Q-RE, and ATA, are only available through the certified practitioner network, meaning they cannot be accessed outside of a certified practice.

Direct collaboration

RGCC-certified providers collaborate directly with RGCC's international research team and global network of practitioners, staying at the forefront of personalized integrative cancer care.

Genetic Analysis

ACGH

Identifies chromosomal gains, losses, and other genetic abnormalities that may provide insight into the biology and origin of a tumor. This advanced genomic test helps uncover genetic changes that can guide diagnosis, risk assessment, and more personalized treatment planning.
Monitoring

OncoTrail

A specialized monitoring test for patients with certain diagnosed cancers, including breast, colon, GI, lung, melanoma, prostate, and sarcoma. By tracking circulating tumor cells and cancer-specific markers over time, OncoTrail helps evaluate treatment response, monitor disease progression, and detect early signs of recurrence.
Baseline + Stemness

Onco-Trace

Establishes a baseline CTC count while also characterizing phenotype and stemness markers. Cancer stem cell markers are of particular clinical interest because these cells are often responsible for tumor regrowth and treatment resistance.
Most Comprehensive

Onconomics Plus

The most comprehensive RGCC panel and the one most commonly used in integrative oncology practice. Provides a complete cancer intelligence report: a CTC count, a full genetic and physiological expression profile of the cancer cells, and sensitivity testing against 90+ chemotherapy agents and targeted therapies as well as 50+ natural substances.
Natural Substances Only

Onconomics Extracts

Focuses exclusively on natural substance testing, which is ideal for patients who are not currently on conventional treatment but want to know which evidence-informed natural agents their cancer cells are most sensitive to. RGCC maintains a library of 275+ natural substances that can be tested.
Immune Profiling

Immune-Frame

Analyzes the current state of the patient's immune system, providing clinical insights that guide immune-supportive strategies and help assess the potential role of immunotherapy in the patient's care plan. Increasingly important as immunotherapy becomes a more prominent part of cancer treatment.

RGCC-exclusive therapies

Beyond diagnostics, RGCC develops a set of advanced therapeutic preparations that are exclusively available through its certified global practitioner network. These cannot be accessed outside of an RGCC-certified practice.

Q-REstrain Therapy

An IV treatment created from the patient’s own blood. Q-REstrain uses advanced genetic technology to target and help block the specific signals identified in the patient’s RGCC testing that may be supporting cancer growth. Because it is made entirely from the patient’s own biology, it is designed to work in a way that is highly personalized to the individual.

Clavic-Q-Re

An individualized IV treatment designed to support the body’s natural immune response. Clavic-Q-RE uses a carefully prepared collection of the patient’s own immune cells, including monocytes, natural killer (NK) cells, dendritic cells, and cytotoxic T lymphocytes, designed to help strengthen the body’s ability to recognize and respond to abnormal cancer cells.

Autologous Tumor Antigens (ATA)

A personalized infusion created using material from the patient’s own tumor cells. ATA is designed to help train the immune system to better recognize and respond to remaining cancer cells, supporting a more targeted immune response based on the patient’s unique biology.
