Restore + Revive welcomed its first patients inside a charming house on Byers Avenue in Fort Worth, creating a space that felt warm, personal, and intentionally different from a traditional medical office. That sense of comfort and connection continues to shape every location we build today.
Together with local community partners, we expanded our commitment to whole-person health with the launch of the R+R Farm Co-Op, making it easier for families in the Fort Worth area to access trusted local farmers and nutrient-dense foods that support everyday wellbeing.
As our community grew, so did Restore + Revive. We expanded our Fort Worth campus, introduced a second location, and welcomed both adult and pediatric functional medicine—creating a more connected care experience for every stage of life.
