Take your cellular health to the next level.

Infrared sauna sessions make it easy to support detox, relaxation, and overall wellness without the intensity of traditional heat. By gently raising the body’s core temperature, infrared sauna helps the body detoxify through a deep sweat commencing at the cellular level where pesky toxins take root. Each session is fully customizable, allowing you to choose from targeted settings like detoxification, relaxation, cardiovascular support, or pain relief based on how you’re feeling that day. Each sauna program combines a unique combination of near, mid, and far infrared rays tailored to each program's focus.

Sessions typically last 30–45 minutes and are designed to be both effective and enjoyable, with time to unwind, reset, and rinse the toxins off afterward.

Reset + restore

Detoxification

Session: 30-37 min • Mid + far infrared
Far infrared penetrates deep into fat cells and soft tissue, mobilizing stored toxins, heavy metals, and environmental pollutants for elimination through sweat.
Low intensity

Relaxation

Session: 40-45 min • Full spectrum
A gentle mid-range program designed to lower cortisol, ease muscle tension, and shift the nervous system into parasympathetic rest. Ideal after a stressful week.
Skin + cellular repair

Anti-aging

Session: 30 min • Near infrared + red light dominant
Near infrared stimulates collagen production, improves skin tone and elasticity, and supports mitochondrial regeneration and cellular repair at a deep level.
Heart + cardiovascular

Cardiovascular

Session: 45 min • Full spectrum
Raises core temperature to mimic the cardiovascular effects of moderate exercise, increasing heart rate and circulation to support blood pressure regulation and vascular health.
Metabolic activation

Weight loss support

Session: 30 min • Near, mid + far infrared
Engages the body’s thermogenic response to increase metabolic rate and caloric burn. Best used as part of a consistent wellness routine.
Joints + muscle tissue

Pain relief

Session: 30 min • Full spectrum
Far and mid infrared penetrate deeply into joints and muscle tissue, reducing inflammation, improving circulation to injured areas, and relieving chronic pain and post-workout soreness.

common questions

Infrared Sauna FAQs

How is infrared sauna different from traditional sauna?
A traditional sauna heats the air around you to very high temperatures, which can feel intense and difficult to tolerate for more than a few minutes. An infrared sauna uses light to heat your body directly, meaning the air stays at a much more comfortable temperature while still producing a deep, therapeutic sweat at the cellular level. Most people find infrared far more enjoyable and can stay in considerably longer.
How do I choose which program is right for me?
Think about what your body needs most that day — detox, recovery, relaxation, pain relief, cardiovascular support, or skin health. If you're unsure, our team is happy to make a recommendation. The detox and relaxation programs are both excellent starting points for first-timers.
How long is a session?
Sessions run 30–45 minutes depending on your chosen program. The cardiovascular and relaxation programs tend to run longer; detox, anti-aging, and pain relief programs are typically 30 minutes.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, our saunas comfortably accommodate two people. It's a popular option for couples or friends looking for a shared wellness experience. Please note that they will also be charged for the service.
What should I wear?
Wear as much or as little as you're comfortable with. More skin exposure means more direct contact with the infrared light. Most people wear a swimsuit, athletic shorts, or nothing at all. Robes and towels are provided.
How often should I come?
At least once per week to experience cumulative benefits. Daily use is safe and encouraged for those focusing on detox, chronic pain, or cardiovascular health.
Is it safe during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
We do not recommend infrared sauna use during pregnancy. If you are breastfeeding, sauna use is generally considered safe — but please consult your healthcare provider first and inform our team before your session.
What should I do after my session?
Rinse off in our post-sauna shower, hydrate generously, and rest when possible. Avoid alcohol immediately following a session. Many clients find it's an ideal time to pair with an IV drip to replenish electrolytes and nutrients lost through sweat.
Infrared sauna contraindications
Please consult your physician before using the infrared sauna if any of the following apply: heart conditions, obesity, or diabetes; certain prescription medications; recent alcohol or drug use; elderly individuals or children (limit to 15 minutes at lower temps); chronic conditions such as MS or CNS disorders; bleeding disorders; pregnancy; recent acute injuries; metal implants; or a pacemaker or defibrillator. If you are unsure whether the sauna is appropriate for you, please call your local Restore + Revive before booking and we'll help you figure it out.
