Our massage therapy expert offers recovery + relaxation for all phases of life. Whether you're recovering from surgery, navigating pregnancy, supporting a child's wellbeing, or simply carrying more tension than your body should have to hold, you're in good hands.

Classic Swedish Massage

60 min · 90 min
A classic full-body massage using long, flowing strokes and gentle to moderate pressure to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation.

Deep Tissue + Sports Massage

60 min · 90 min
Targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to release chronic tension, address adhesions, improve range of motion, and support athletic recovery. Sports massage focuses on specific muscle groups used in training to prevent injury and maintain tissue health.

Lymphatic Wellness + Post-Surgery Recovery Massage

45 min · 60 min · 90 min
(45 min single area only)
A gentle, rhythmic technique that manually encourages natural lymph fluid drainage through the body. Reduces swelling and bloating, supports immune function, accelerates recovery from surgery or illness, and manages lymphedema. Many clients notice clearer skin, reduced puffiness, and better digestion as lymph flow improves. Available as a targeted single-area or full body session.

Prenatal + Postpartum Massage

60 min · 90 min
Our therapists have specialized training in supporting women through every stage of pregnancy and into postpartum recovery. Sessions are tailored to each trimester using body pillows for side-lying, face-down, and face-up positioning. Frequency recommendation: 1–2x per month in the first two trimesters, increasing by one session per month in the third trimester. High-risk pregnancies require provider approval before the first session.

Pediatric Wellness Massage

45 min · 60 min
Positive, engaging, age-appropriate sessions designed to help children develop healthy body awareness, reduce anxiety, improve muscle tone, and build a confident relationship with therapeutic touch. Sessions incorporate storytelling, rhymes, textured tools, and playful interaction alongside massage. Parents are always welcome in the room and children may keep clothing on throughout.

Massage Therapy FAQs

General
How often should I come for general wellness?

For general maintenance and stress management, once or twice a month is a meaningful baseline. For specific therapeutic goals like recovery, lymphatic health, or sports performance, more frequent sessions may be recommended. Your massage therapist will give you a personalized recommendation after your first session.

Can I combine massage with other R+R therapies on the same visit?

Yes! Massage pairs especially well with infrared sauna before your session (to warm and soften tissue) and with cold plunge or Revive Room afterward for recovery. Ask when you book and we'll help you sequence the day for maximum benefit.

PRENATAL + POSTPARTUM
When can I start prenatal massage?

Any time– whether you're at 1 week or 41 weeks, massage can be of benefit to you and your baby. Body pillows are available to support side-lying, face-down, and face-up positioning throughout your pregnancy for full comfort.

How often should I come during pregnancy?

A good general recommendation is 1–2 sessions per month in the first two trimesters, increasing by one additional session per month in the third trimester. Ultimately, how often you come is completely up to you.

Can massage induce labor or miscarriage?

There is no evidence that massage will induce labor or miscarriage in any trimester. Certain techniques and acupressure regions can help prepare the body and mind for labor, but these are performed only after 36 weeks and only as part of intentional birth preparation work.

What if I have a high-risk pregnancy?

Therapeutic touch can still be incredibly valuable for high-risk pregnancies. All high-risk clients must provide proof of provider approval before their first session. Appropriate precautions will be in place based on your specific type and level of risk.

Can my newborn come with me to a postpartum session?

Yes! If you decide to bring your baby, bringing another caregiver is ideal so that when the baby needs attention, you can continue resting. Your therapist can also teach you infant massage techniques you can take home and use anytime.

What if I have a C-section?

Relaxation massage is still available during post-operative healing– the incision will be avoided until it has closed (approximately 6 weeks). For post-surgical lymphatic drainage and optimal scar tissue recovery, we suggest booking with our pelvic floor PT team for a comprehensive approach.

PEDIATRIC MASSAGE
What are the benefits of pediatric massage?

Decreased anxiety and stress hormones, reduced aggressive behavior, enhanced respiratory function, increased body awareness, improved muscle tone and relaxation, improved joint mobility, enhanced body image and self-esteem, increased sense of healthy boundaries, and deeper bonding. The benefits are both physical and developmental.

How old does my child need to be?

We see children ages 3 and older for pediatric sessions. If your child has a specific healthcare-related diagnosis, please call before booking — pediatric massage for special healthcare needs may require additional planning or a referral from your child's provider.

What does a pediatric session look like?

Our therapists aim to create positive, engaging, age-appropriate sessions — for a 5-year-old, that might include storytelling or rhymes alongside massage techniques, or playing with textured massage tools. Parents/guardians are welcome in the room. Children may keep all clothing on if they prefer.

What should my child wear? What kind of draping is in place?

Children are welcome to keep any or all of their clothing on during the massage. While it is recommended that shorts and tank tops be worn so that more skin can be applied with unscented oil/lotion, whatever makes your child feel safest is best. Space will be given if your child needs to dress down and lie beneath the sheets. Appropriate massage therapy draping will be utilized throughout the entire session regardless of how much clothing is worn.

What developmental considerations are kept in mind?

For some children, touch can easily cause overstimulation. Permission is always asked before going hands-on, as well as feedback throughout the session. Pressure applied is typically not too firm or deep as children's muscles are less dense than that of an adult.

Are there any times pediatric massage is off-limits?

Please wait 72 hours after any immunization before scheduling. Standard contraindications apply — acute infection, fever, contagious skin condition, open wound, or circulatory condition. Massage will not be given in these cases.

Lymphatic MASSAGE
Who should consider lymphatic massage?

Anyone looking to support overall wellness, reduce fluid retention, recover from surgery or illness, manage lymphedema, or improve immune function. It's gentle and safe for most people. Clients with active infections or specific health conditions should consult their provider first.

How is lymphatic massage different from DermaShape?

Both target the lymphatic system, but through different mechanisms. Lymphatic massage is a gentle, hand-to-skin technique ideal for post-surgical care, fluid retention, and lymphedema. DermaShape uses vacuum suction technology to mechanically drive lymphatic movement, making it more effective for body contouring, cellulite, and fat congestion. Neither is "better" — they serve different needs and both reward consistency.
